Log into your Red Rocket account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and designer tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
